Our staff ranges in age from 18 to post retirement age with varied and wide-ranging educational backgrounds. Most employees are engaged in some type of continuing educational opportunity whether provided internally or through outside training resources. Farmers State Bank is managed utilizing the eclectic resources of a senior management team with a wide educational background ranging from mathematics to financial management and web design. Their time with the bank runs from 5 years to 25 years. The areas of responsibility include branch administration, human resources and operations, marketing, lending, financial administration, and executive management.
